Completed tasks are no longer displayed in the to do list(Outlook XP, 2003, 2007)

To structure your activities use the task function. Unfortunately Outlook doesn’t delete completed tasks automatically from the to-do list, as you will lose the overview.
With the help of a fi ltered view the goal is reached quickly. Open the command ‘View | Arrange | Current view | Active tasks’ or in Outlook 2007 ‘View | Current view | Active tasks’. In case the left side of the navigation area is displayed, the option ‘Active tasks’ can be selected there directly. It functions in Outlook 2007 only if ‘View | Navigation area’ and ‘Current viewing area’ is active.
