Windows 7 and Vista as well as Windows
XP. Since the application compulsorily
requires administrator rights, you should
either log in with such an account, or you
must authorize the launch of the tool
by selecting an account with computer
administrator rights. On the left side
of the tool, you will see a menu in
large letters, whereas on the right side,
depending on the selected menu item,
information and configuration options
appear.
With the help of the ‘System Information’ and subordinate menu items, you can get information about your system. ‘Windows Cleaner | Startup Manager’ informs you about the programs that start automatically at system start-up. You can prevent the start of such applications, whereby you simply remove the checkmark in front of the respective entries. You can even uninstall programs using the ‘Uninstall Program’ function in the ‘Windows Cleaner’, without actually having to switch to the Control Panel. In order to configure the system, use ‘Windows Secret’. The page is classified in the registry as ‘Applications’, ‘Control Panel’ or ‘Desktop’ so that Windows automatically logs in with a specific user. Click on ‘Windows Logon’. In the end, select the ‘Enable’ entry on the right side of the tool located near ‘Auto Logon’ and highlight the user in the ‘User List’. In ‘Password’, enter the password of the user. Subsequently, click on ‘Save’ in order to activate these changes in the configuration.
NOTE: The ‘Restore Backup’ menu item enables you to easily and quickly reverse the changes made by you in the above described fi elds.
