In Windows 7, you keep losing some
of your created Jumplists from time
to time. You want to retain them
permanently and are thus looking for
the cause of this problem as well as a
solution for it.
The cause for sporadic deletion of Jumplists is often hard disk cleaning tools such as CCleaner, and it should not be so. In the program options, you can set whether it should or should not be possible to clear the branch lists of Windows 7.
Search for the ‘Windows Explorer’ section in the ‘Cleaner’ and the ‘Windows’ tab in CCleaner and just disable the ‘Taskbar Jump List’ option there – done!
