To structure your activities use the
task function. Unfortunately Outlook
doesn’t delete completed tasks
automatically from the to-do list, as
you will lose the overview.
With the help of a fi ltered view the goal is reached quickly. Open the command ‘View | Arrange | Current view | Active tasks’ or in Outlook 2007 ‘View | Current view | Active tasks’. In case the left side of the navigation area is displayed, the option ‘Active tasks’ can be selected there directly. It functions in Outlook 2007 only if ‘View | Navigation area’ and ‘Current viewing area’ is active.
